Returns and refunds
LessonCrest's rule is no return and no refund once a workbook has been used. An unused copy goes back through the retailer you bought it from.
Used workbooks
A workbook is made to be written in. Once it has been written in, drawn in or otherwise used, LessonCrest's rule is no return and no refund.
So look through a new copy before anyone writes in it. Check that it is the book you wanted and that it arrived in good condition. Each book has its own page that says what the book covers and shows pages from inside it. You can browse the books, and Choosing a bookexplains where to start.
Unused copies
This site takes no orders and no payments. A book that is on sale is bought from a retailer, and its page here links to that retailer.
To return an unused copy, start from your order with the retailer you bought it from. Its returns policy says whether and how the book can go back.
Damaged or misprinted copies
LessonCrest does not print or ship the copies. If yours arrives damaged, or with a printing fault such as missing or blank pages, go to your order with the retailer you bought it from and report it as soon as you notice. The retailer decides what happens next.
Who decides a return
LessonCrest does not take the order or the payment, so it cannot look up an order or pay a refund itself. The retailer decides each return under its own returns policy. If that policy says something different from this page, the retailer's policy is the one that applies to your order.
Nothing on this page takes away rights the law gives you where you live.
