These are the terms for using lessoncrest.com, the site for the workbooks published by LessonCrest Learning.
What the site is for
The site tells you about the books: what each one covers, the grades it is written for and how the books work. It sells nothing, has no accounts and asks you for nothing. The Privacy policy has more. If you use the site, these terms apply.
The pages describe the books as they are printed. A page can still be out of date or contain a mistake. Where the site and a printed book differ, go by the book.
A book shown here may not be on sale yet. Its page says whether it is.
Copyright and copying
LessonCrest Learning holds the copyright in this site's words and pictures, including the cover images and sample pages, and in the books.
The title page of every LessonCrest workbook carries this notice.

That notice is the whole permission. This site adds nothing to it and takes nothing away.
The sample pages shown here are for looking inside a book before you choose it, not for copying. You are welcome to link to any page of the site.
What the books are and are not
The books are workbooks for learning and practice. Some of them say what they are not. The Human Body says on its title page, “It does not give medical advice.” Personal Finance: Budgets and Cash Flow says on page 2, “It is not financial, tax or legal advice for any real situation.”
No promise of results
The site says what each book covers and how it is laid out. It makes no promise about what a learner will achieve with a book.
Buying the books
This site does not sell books. A book that is on sale is bought from a retailer, and its page here links to that retailer. The retailer's site is separate from this one. The price is the one shown there, and the retailer's own terms, privacy policy, delivery and returns policy apply to your order.
Returns and refunds has LessonCrest's policy on a used workbook and says where a return starts.
Changes
The pages of this site may change, and so may these terms. The date at the top of this page says when the terms last changed.
